Many of our wide range of organic herbs work brilliantly as an infusion, either on their own or in a blend.

Below are some of our favourites and our classic base blends which we offer in either a tea bag cut (TBC) or Fuso (loose leaf). Known around the world for their floral aromatic flavour, used in teas and as a culinary ingredient, our Guatemalan Cardamom pods are exceptional. Their production protects precious soils and diversity in the indigenous cloud forest.


Wonderfully medicinal, our FairWild nettle leaf is from Eastern Europe. The leaves infuse to make a fantastic herbal tea, and when combined with Fennel and Peppermint it makes for a cleansing brew.


Famed for supporting digestion, Peppermint leaf makes a wonderful digestif with its relaxing and tingly menthol aftertaste.


Originating from South Africa and often referred to as Red Bush, this is a refreshing, naturally sweet, caffeine free infusion. Suitable for drinking day or night, with or without milk.


Our Chamomile is from Egypt and Croatia and these sweet, daisy like flowers are steeped in medicinal tradition. Used to support the nervous system and digestion, Chamomile has been shown to relieve the effects of anxiety and promote a restful night's sleep.


With its sweet and slightly sharp Cranberry-like flavour, the infusion of dried Hibiscus flowers makes an incredible crimson liquor. Rich in vitamin C, the flowers can be brewed hot or cold and are thought to boost immunity and support lowering blood pressure.

Lemon Verbena 

Originating from Spain, Portugal and Paraguay, our Lemon Verbena makes a delicious tea that is buttery smooth with a grassy lemon taste. Naturally caffeine free, it makes for a refreshing alternative digestif to be enjoyed after food.


We offer Turkish and Egyptian sweet Fennel seed, as well as Hungarian bitter Fennel seed. Fantastic for digestion, we search for Fennel high in essential oils, to maximise the distinct aromatic Anise flavour.


Naturally sweet and delicious, our Spanish Liquorice is certified FairWild.  It has a long history of use in traditional medicines around the world, making it an excellent herbal tea ingredient.


Spearmint is the evocative ingredient at the heart of Moroccan mint tea. It can be enjoyed as a refreshing, caffeine free morning infusion, or after food - it makes a great palate cleanser.

Chamomile, Lime flower and Lavender 

A settling blend of herbs that calm the nervous system and support digestion, enabling you to enjoy a restful night's sleep.

Sweet berry blend 

Delicious sweet Rosehip shells, Hibiscus flower, Raspberry and Strawberry pieces and Liquorice root - perfect for a vitamin C hit.

Green tea with berry 

Pin Ho Jade green tea blended with sweet Rosehip shells, Hibiscus flower, Elderberry, Strawberry pieces and Liquorice root gives a natural berry twist to a delicious green tea.

Wild green chai 

Wild Vietnamese green tea blended with classic chai spices of Ginger, Clove, Cassia and Orange peel with a sweet liquorice finish.

Herbal chai 

Warming, exotic herbs and spices like Cassia bark, Ginger root, Orange peel, Clove and Liquorice root make for a delicious sweet, caffeine-free chai - perfect for an afternoon pick me up.

Rooibos chocolate chai 

A caffeine free tea of sweet South African Rooibos and Honeybush with chai spices and chocolatey Cocoa shells. Great with or without milk.

Cassia, Cardamom and Clove 

Vietnamese Cassia chips, Guatemalan Cardamom and spicy Clove make for an exotic, uplifting tea.

Aniseed, Fennel seed and Liquorice 

Turkish whole Aniseed and Fennel, with FairWild Spanish Liquorice root, makes for a soothing and comforting digestif.

Black Tea Nam Lanh, Cinnamon and Clove 

Comforting and soothing Nam Lanh Vietnamese black tea, with warm Cinnamon and spicy Clove. (For the adventurous, great with a dram of whiskey!)

Limeflower, Rose and Lavender 

Hungarian Lime flower and Iranian Rose bud with a hint of French Lavender.

Spearmint, Peppermint and Chamomile 

A sweet menthol blend of Egyptian Spearmint and Peppermint, combined with the finest organic Croatian Chamomile flowers.

Liquorice, Peppermint and Spearmint 

Wild Spanish Liquorice, with Egyptian Peppermint and Spearmint.

Elderberry, Rosehip and Hibiscus 

A rich and refreshing immunity boosting blend, inspired by autumnal hedgerows. Sweet, fruity and delicious, the ingredients are naturally high in vitamin C, it also makes a wonderful iced tea for a hot summer's day.

Peppermint, Spearmint and Cocoa shells 

A classic. Mint and chocolate is a winning combination and this tea is reminiscent of those iconic after dinner chocolates. The balance of Peppermint and Spearmint leaf compliments the rich, indulgent Cocoa shells, which add a smooth chocolaty finish.

Fennel seed, Orange peel and Hibiscus 

Three ingredients - sweet Turkish Fennel seed, Orange peel pieces and luxurious Hibiscus flower combine to make a delicious, bright and refreshing loose leaf tea. A great caffeine-free afternoon pick me up, this blend also makes a wonderful iced tea.

Rose bud and Cardamom 

The finest organic Iranian Rose buds, carefully chopped and combined with aromatic Guatemalan Cardamom pods. This is a luxurious, exotic tea that uses two of the finest ingredients we offer to stimulate the senses.

Green Tea Sencha and Lemon Myrtle leaf 

Refreshing, uplifting and wonderfully satiating, this is a must-try take on the classic 'green tea and lemon'. Sweet organic Korean Sencha green tea is combined with the deliciously sherbet-like Lemon Myrtle leaf. 

Lemon and Ginger 

Indian Ginger root, Lemon peel, sweet sherbet Lemon Myrtle and Liquorice make for a warming and uplifting caffeine-free combination.

Fennel, Aniseed, Dandelion and Burdock 

A caffeine free herbal tea blend, made with herbs that are often associated with detoxing functionality, suitable for daily drinking as part of your healthy routine.

Green Tea, Nettle and Peppermint 

Famous Dooars green tea from India is blended with Nettle, Peppermint and Cassia to create a sweet, refreshing and cleansing herbal tea with a slight caffeine lift.

Yerba Mate 

Yerba Mate has been enjoyed for generations as a social drink across South America. The tree is in the Holly family and the infusion of the leaves in hot water gives a slightly smoky flavour. The leaves can be steeped multiple times.

Nettle and Peppermint 

A caffeine free cleanse in a cup. Organic Herb Trading's version of the classic Nettle and Peppermint combines the spicy warmth of Vietnamese Cassia with sweet Liquorice and Turkish Fennel seed.
